1. What is your experience with Flash? on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being expert.
2. What are some of the new features of Flash8?
3. Describe anything you have designed in Flash.
   
4. Describe your overall impression of Flash. Is it tough to learn? Does programming intimidate you? Too complex? Want to learn more about video? be specific.
