Per 2 and 4 - Pathways
Daily Journal
Read the new tardy policy for North High, then answer the following questions:
"Definition of Tardy – when the bell rings, all students should be in their classroom/locker room.
Consequences –
- On the 3rd tardy to a given class, student will have after school detention that day for 45 min. (Remember students – you have two tardies to use for emergency purposes)
- If student does not show up for detention – student must attend Sat. School that Saturday.
- If student does not attend Sat. School – student and their parent must have a conference with the student advisor, Ms. Werkmeister, or Assistant Principal, Ms. Jeffers, prior to returning to school.
-After three detentions the student will be placed on an Attendance Contract and a Parent conference will be required.
Classwork

- This Thursday Dec. 1 is the magnet open house from 6:30 - 8pm
- All students must report at 6pm; nice dress required (no jeans; collared shirts)
- We need magnet kids to show off their skills and projects
- All students who attend will get extra credit

Classwork
- Put graphics/project work in Pathways drop box
- Prepare handouts for Open House
- Friday visit from Curriculum & Development - be prepared to show your past and present projects
- Continue to work on your current project
