Classwork

• Work your PSA in iMovie (follow your storyboard)
• Make sure you are viewing your movie!
• do not view other's movies!
  
• PSA requirements:
• length: 30-60 seconds
  
• opening title
• narration with your voice (voice must be clear and audible)
• see example here
• music - all music made in garageband
• credits page listing who made the movie and others who helped
  
• Pictures:
  
• use clear pictures - not blurry pictures; check size before downloading
• use Ken Burns effect on at least 5 pictures
• use transitions between all photos (can be the same transition)
• use at least one effect on a picture - don't overuse effects!
  
• use enough pictures to get your message across
• allow pictures to show for at least 4 seconds
  
• be creative - use another voice

• batch reduce/shrink file size of all pictures
• make sure you don't overwrite your original photos!

• setup your own account with flickr
  
• export/put your photos onto Flickr (export shrunken photos, then check for quality)
  
• set visibility options (private or public - up to you!)
  

Garage band

• begin composing music for your soundtrack for your day in the life movie
